The management of the company is overseen by a Board of Directors which consists of four (4) members (a Managing Director and three (3) Executive Directors) and is assisted by one appointed Chairman/Advisor. The directors specialized in their respective region and expertise in valuation, estate agency, property management, research and real estate consultancy services. The directors oversee all the JAZ International Malaysia Sdn Bhd network of offices throughout Malaysia.
Sr Huan Cheng Kee has given many lectures and talks in various subjects particularly in compensation, property valuation and taxation and the property market. He was also involved in the various amendments of the Land Acquisition Act, 1960 and the various property and taxation statutes. Prior to joining Jaz International Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., he was providing valuation and property consultancy services focusing on compensation and other statutory valuations and also served as an advisor on real estate matters to several public companies and valuation consultancy firms.
Mohammad Nazri Budin provides valuation and property consultancy for all types of properties for the purpose of mortgage loans, land acquisition, purchase and sale, rating & rental/lease. He has a wide experience mostly on valuation involving government land acquisition, process and procedure of inquiry and dispute regarding land matter at High Court. He is also an appointed assessor at Kuala Lumpur High Court and have experience attending proceedings at Arbitration Court.
Dato’ Sr Jason Khoo P.W provides valuation and property consultancy for all types of properties for the purpose of mortgage loans, land acquisition, submission to securities commissioner, purchase and sale, rating & rental/lease. He has a wide experience in valuation and property consultancy ranging from development lands, hotels, shopping malls, residential properties, commercial properties and industrial properties. He is also experienced in Market Research for local and overseas properties. He has been to Shanghai (China), Cheng Du (China), An Wei (China), Bangalore (India), Hyderabad (India), Laos and Indonesia conducting market research works to local corporations.
Sr Ismail Mohammad provides valuation all types of properties for the purpose of mortgage loans, land acquisition, submission to securities commissioner, purchase and sale, rating & rental/lease ranging from development land, resort, hotel, shopping mall and factories. Previous projects included TDM plantations in Terengganu, TNB Manjung Coal Power Plant, Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat, Columbia Asia Hospital, Wisma MPL, Pullman Bangsar, Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya, TH Selborn, TH Perdana, VADS Plaza, Ingress Technologies & Ingress Auto Venture. He is also experienced in development consultation and project management.
Sr Nazmi Norzaini Tan is actively involved in various type of properties in retail & corporate valuations for the purposes of mortgage loans, auctions, internal management, company asset declaration, land acquisition, submission to securities commissioner and company financial reporting. He is also involved and experienced in real estate consultation, research and estate agency services.
His property management services for residential stratified properties have included Greenfield Regency, Taman Tampoi Indah, Johor Bahru (1400 units), Paragon Residences, Straits View, Johor Bahru (500 units) and Pangsapuri Kasturi, Bandar Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru (1000 units).
